 PaulGraham.com

For would-be entrepreneurs and early-stage investors the essays on this site are must-reads.  The author, Paul Graham, is smart and experienced!  Although most of the examples reference software/web-based start-up businesses, the advice and lessons-learned are applicable to almost all new ventures.  With more than fifty essays on the site I would filter the must-reads for those interested in start-ups to:

Credit to Felix Baumgartner for his record setting 128,100 foot leap of faith on October 12, 2012 from the Red Bull Stratos over New Mexico.  We thought it was very respectful and rather cool that Colonel Kittinger was at the command center on the radio going through the pre-jump check list for Felix.  The risks for Colonel Kittinger fifty-two years ago certified him forever as having the “right stuff.”
